Body care 2
Legs: Legs, for us women need shaving and moisturizing. Laser Hair removal is another option. Legs may be uncovered all year long, between skirts and shorts. Shaving your legs can cause rashes, and extra dryness. Shaving in a warm bath, it helps soften legs and makes shaving less of a pain. Keep your legs moisturize. To keep your legs from looking dry and dull, get a pair of exfoliating gloves or a loofah. I love them; you can add your favorite body wash and rub away your dead, dry skin cells making your legs look shiny and beautiful.
Feet: In between professional pedicures one must care for feet by soaking them in a warm foot bath once a week. Get a pumice stone to scrub away callous buildups on heals or pads of feet. Moisturize it daily.
Body: Once a week Beauty ritual. Start with dry brushing the body for five minutes; this is a process that has been around for centuries. Skin brushing opens pores, stimulates sweat glands, and increases blood circulation whilst encouraging the body to release waste material from the cells near the surface of the body. It will get rid of dead skin, dirt, and some acid. It will make your skin glow. Followed by Soaking and relaxing in a warm bath and bring to balance your body, mind and soul. You can also exfoliate with a Alpha hydroxy acid and then bath or shower or you can use a lotion to hydrate and soften with a Alpha hydroxy acid afterwards.
Back: The back is a hard to reach area. I would most definitely recommend a Back Treatment very much like a facial.
Sun block is a must all year round Remember “Don’t correct if you don’t protect.”
Skin is an organ which happens to cover and protect your entire body. In order to have truly healthy skin it is important to care for the skin on your entire body for your skin, no matter which part of the body it happens to be it requires the same basic care. If you want beautiful, healthy skin, you must cleanse it, exfoliate it, moisturize it, and protect it.
