 Stress affects the skin in more than one way.  Stress can cause a breakout, eczema flare up, rosacea and other skin conditions.

The mind and skin are connected on different levels like nerve endings are connected to the skin, which wraps around the organs, so as emotions are played out neurologically, Lack of sleep can cause dark circles. Second to sleep, get some exercise. Not only does physical activity help you “blow off steam,” it also boosts circulation, which helps your complexion. Exercise keeps you fit and wards off cellulite.

I recommend deep breathing, meditation to relax and slow down for a healthy mind body and spirit.
